Service Description
The purpose of the Site Report Card is to provide site management with a snapshot of the utilization of the Maxicom² central control system. The report focuses on the following areas:
- Information in the Site Report Card is derived directly from the user's database.
- Communications status check on Primary (computer to site interface) and Secondary (site interface to satellite controller) communication paths and provide reporting of communication failures.
- Evaluation of utilization of system components and features including: calculated weather based schedules, Flow Managed schedules, Flow Watch/SEEF schedules, and zone data
- Provide written report on above status to site management
Site Inventory

Service Description
The Site Inventory is a comprehensive reporting of existing equipment including all controller locations, associated control equipment and enclosures. Point of connection, backflow prevention, pump station equipment, etc., may be also be included depending on the project needs.
Standard Inventory Includes:
- Controllers including: manufacturer, model, station capacity, stations used, and date
code (Rain Bird equipment only). - Communication & sensors including: flow monitors, decoders, rain sensors,
anemometers, radio modems, etc., if applicable - Point of connection(s) including: backflow prevention equipment, flow sensing, master valves
- Photograph of existing conditions for each controller location
- Proposed equipment locations, if applicable
- Written description of locations
GPS Coordinate Survey Option
- GPS coordinates provided for each location (accuracy of +/- 20')
- GPS coordinates downloaded to Google Earth software and provided to site management
in file format

Service Description
The Site Assessment service provides comprehensive reporting of system performance and operating condition along with recommended repairs, changes and upgrades to promote system utilization at a level which services the needs of site management.
Controls Assessment:
- Perform detailed site review from as-built irrigation drawings and site walk/system run
through of all irrigation controls by site (CCU/SITE SAT) - Provide written reporting of current control system status including: Primary and
Secondary path communications, sensor reporting, satellite feedback, etc. - Provide comprehensive recommendations for required repairs to bring system into fully
functional condition
Irrigation Equipment Assessment:
- Perform detailed site review of irrigation equipment on zone by zone basis from as-built
irrigation drawings and site wall/system run through - Provide written reporting of Zone Data including: description, sprinkler model, head
spacing, nozzle type, operating pressure, estimated uniformity, and crop type/crop
coefficient - Provide written reporting of Site Data (by CCU) including: soil type and average root depth
- Provide written reporting of Flow Manager Data including: POC size, static pressure, pump station
capacity & boost, and mainline size for each flow zone

Service Description

Irrigation Audit services provide zone by zone performance evaluation with precision results. Data from the audit will provide you with the tools you need to best manage your system.
- Perform catch can testing per Irrigation Association standards for each zone of spray
and/or rotor type irrigation - Provide written reporting of Zone Data including: description, sprinkler model, head
spacing, nozzle type, operating pressure, estimated uniformity, and crop type/crop coefficient - Calculate distribution uniformity for each zone audited
- Provide written reporting of results
Irrigation Water Use Efficiency Study

Service Description
The Irrigation Water Use Efficiency Study provides a determination of the overall irrigation efficiency for the site(s) you manage. The results of the study will provide you with the information you need to help make decisions on the direction of your water management program.
- Efficiency is determined based on historical data from site consumption versus crop
requirements based on historical data from the same reference period - Results are helpful in determining potential water savings from implementation of
different components of your water management program - Reporting will provide information required to determine potential ROI from new
systems procured in the implementation of your water management program
Link Site Survey

Service Description
The LINK Site Survey is performed when radio communication is planned for either primary or secondary path communication for your central control system project. Properly testing communications prior to installation ensures solid infrastructure that will promote long, uninterrupted service life.
- Each communication path to each planned equipment location is tested using the exact
antenna and radio combination that will be used by the installed system - Signal strength is measured and the exact signal value in decibels at the time of the test
is recorded for each communication path - A written report is provided that includes a description of each physical location, signal
strength, equipment used and recommendations for installation
