Monthly site visit on designated date from Service Engineer/Technician to assess system operations including:
- Perform routine database services including: run DB Doctor, create database backup,
maintain copy of database file (kept offsite), and restart OS - Perform communications status check on communication paths
and provide written report of communication failures. Reporting to include
recommendations to correct communication failures. - Provide evaluation report for utilization of system components and feature including:
Calculated weather based schedules, Flow Managed schedules, Flow Watch/SEEF
schedules, and zone data - Provide monthly written report on above status to site management
- Priority service including guaranteed onsite response time within 2 business days

Bimonthly site visit on designated date from Service Engineer/Technician to assess system operations and provide preventative maintenance where applicable including:
- Perform routine database services including: run DB Doctor, create database backup,
maintain copy of databases file (kept offsite), and restart OS - Perform communications status check on Primary and Secondary communication
paths and provide written report of communication failures. Reporting to include
recommendations to correct communication failures. - Provide evaluation report for utilization of system components and features including:

- Factory re-calibration of solar radiation sensor as necessary
- Clean, inspect and calibrate tipping rain can
- Replace relative humidity chip as necessary
- Clean and inspect wind sensor
- Clean and inspect temperature probe
- Inspect and test battery
- Inspect canister seals and bolts
- Inspect all wire connections
- MEG grounding grid (5 Ohms or less recommended)
- Replace any worn or defective parts
- Test weather station communication
- Free 1-day weather station emergency service call with 2 year support plan
